Your ANVL Dashboard

The ANVL dashboard is command center for your business. Whether you're a contractor managing jobs or a homeowner tracking projects, the dashboard gives you quick access to everything you need.

Dashboard Overview (Contractors)

When you log in, you'll see your dashboard with key metrics: total active jobs, pending proposals, unpaid invoices, and recent client messages. This gives you an at-a-glance view of your business status and what needs attention.

Jobs Section

View all your jobs organized by status: New Leads, Proposals Sent, In Progress, Completed, and Archived. Click any job to see details, timelines, photos, invoices, and client communication. The Jobs section is where you'll spend most of your time managing your work.

Estimates & Proposals

Create and track estimates and proposals. You'll see which proposals are pending client approval, which have been accepted (ready to start), and which have been declined. Templates make creating consistent, professional estimates quick and easy.

Invoicing & Payments

Generate invoices for completed work, track payment status, and view your payment history. ANVL's payment system integrates with Stripe, so payments are processed securely. You can see which invoices are paid, pending, or overdue.

Clients

View all your clients, their contact information, project history, and notes. This helps you understand which clients are repeat customers and maintain relationships. You can filter by status and sort by name or date.

Subcontractors

If you use subs, manage them here. Track which subs you've worked with, their specialties, rates, and performance history. Assign subs to specific jobs and track their work and payments.

Analytics & Reports

See your business metrics: total revenue, average project value, job completion rate, and customer ratings. Monthly and yearly reports help you understand your business trends and growth.

Messages

All client communication happens in one place. You'll see new messages from homeowners requesting quotes or asking questions about their projects. Reply quickly to improve your response rate and win more jobs.

Settings

Access your profile, subscription, billing, and security settings. Update your business information, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage your subscription plan.

Mobile App

The ANVL mobile app brings your dashboard to your phone. Check messages, view job updates, take photos, and approve invoices on the go. The mobile experience is optimized for job sites and field work.

Homeowners see a different dashboard focused on finding contractors and managing quotes. You'll see your recent searches, saved contractors, pending quote requests, and active projects.

Finding Contractors

Search the ANVL directory by trade, location, and rating. Filter by price range, availability, and customer reviews. Save your favorites for quick reference.

Quote Requests

Submit details about your project and get multiple bids from interested contractors. Track the status of your requests and compare proposals side by side.

My Projects

View all your active projects with a contractor. See timelines, photos, invoices, and communication in one place. Track project progress from start to completion.

Payments & Billing

View your payment history, upcoming invoices, and payment methods. Make payments securely through ANVL's payment system.
