Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Procedures

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the ANVL platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information for us to locate it (URLs, screenshots); your contact information (name, address, phone, email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in the Western District of Arkansas and acceptance of service from the complainant.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

ANVL will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We consider a user a repeat infringer after two valid DMCA complaints within a 12-month period. Terminated users may not create new accounts.

4. Designated Agent

DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to:

DMCA Designated Agent

Condition Black Technologies, LLC

Van Buren, Arkansas

Email: [email protected]

5. Good Faith

Misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Consider consulting an attorney before filing a notice if you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright.
