Managing Your ANVL Subscription

Update your subscription plan, billing method, and account details anytime. ANVL makes it simple to scale up or down as your business changes.

Upgrading Your Plan

Ready for more features? Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Upgrade." Choose a higher plan (Free → Solo, Solo → Pro, Pro → Business). Upgrades take effect immediately. Your payment method is charged the difference for the current billing period (pro-rated). Example: upgrade from Solo ($39) to Pro ($79) mid-month; you pay ~$20 for remaining days.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal date (not immediately). Go to Settings > Subscription, click "Downgrade," and choose a lower plan. You'll see a confirmation of the lower price starting next month. You keep all features until renewal date—no interruption.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you decide ANVL isn't for you, you can cancel. Go to Settings > Subscription, click "Cancel," and confirm. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can still access ANVL until then—use it to export your data. You have access to your jobs and invoices for 30 days after cancellation for data retrieval.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you're taking a break from contracting (seasonal business, temporary pause), you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your data is saved and you can reactivate anytime without losing anything. No charges during the pause period.

Updating Billing Information

Update your credit card, address, or other billing details anytime in Settings > Billing. If your card expires or declines, update it immediately so your subscription doesn't lapse. We'll send notifications if payment fails, but update it proactively to avoid issues.

Payment Method

Save multiple payment methods in your account. This provides backup if one card declines. During billing, ANVL tries your primary method first; if it fails, it tries secondary methods. This prevents accidental lapses in service.

Billing Cycles

Your billing date is the anniversary of your subscription signup. If you signed up March 15, you'll be billed every 15th of the month (monthly) or every March 15 (annually). You can see your exact billing date and next billing date in Settings > Billing.

Invoices

ANVL sends invoices via email on your billing date. You can also view and download invoices in Settings > Billing > Invoices. Keep these for tax and accounting purposes. Invoices show all charges: subscription fee, processing fees (if applicable), and taxes.

Refunds

ANVL offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, cancel within 14 days and get a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued (monthly subscriptions are ongoing). Downgrades or plan changes don't trigger refunds.

Tax ID and Business Info

Update your business name, tax ID, and address in Settings > Billing. This affects how your invoice appears. Important if your business structure changes or you need different billing details for accounting purposes.

Invoice History

View all your ANVL invoices (subscription and payment processing) in Settings > Billing. Download PDFs for your records. ANVL maintains a 7-year history for compliance.

Subscription Status

In Settings > Subscription, see your current plan, billing date, renewal date, and subscription status (Active, Paused, Canceled). If there are any issues, they're noted here along with action items.
